Our Founder

Jeannemarie Bozza is the CEO and founder of Commodore Concierge Nurse Management, a premier provider of specialized home nursing care. With more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, Jeannie has dedicated her career to empowering people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed health care decisions. Her company is built on the philosophy of providing advanced, tailored home care with expertise, discretion, and compassion—ensuring patients receive the highest level of medical care in the comfort of their own homes.

Jeannie’s passion for nursing began at just 16 years old, when she enrolled in a high school nursing program that split her time between traditional coursework and hands-on training at local care facilities. By her senior year, she completed an intensive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, setting the foundation for a career defined by both skill and determination. At 18, she was already watching over five floors of heart monitors at Stony Brook Hospital, responsible for calling codes and working alongside some of the best cardiologists in the field. These early experiences shaped her expertise in acute and critical care, giving her a true depth of medical knowledge. She went on to earn her RN from Excelsior College, where she tested out of the nursing program and passed the clinical on her first attempt—an extraordinary achievement given the program’s notably high failure rate.

Under Jeannie’s leadership, Commodore Concierge Nurse Management has grown into a trusted healthcare resource, comprising a team of 200 ICU nurses, over 60 hand-trained aides, and an exclusive group of highly qualified providers available 24/7. Known for her solution-seeking approach, Jeannie has a deep understanding of the complexities of the medical system, allowing her team to deliver seamless, patient-focused care. Her extensive background gives her a unique perspective on leadership, patient advocacy, and preventative care.

Furthering her mission to make high-quality healthcare accessible to all, Jeannie recently launched the Commodore Cares Foundation, a global health foundation designed to extend individualized, patient-centered care to underserved communities. Through this foundation, she continues to create a ripple effect of positive change, ensuring that exceptional healthcare reaches those who need it most.
